Pricing & Policies

Little Roots Occupational Therapy is a private pay based practice and is “out of network” for insurance plans. This type of direct access allows for one-on-one attention and clinical treatment based on patient needs without insurance network restrictions, visit limits, or delays in care. Being an independent practice also affords us the opportunity to be fully transparent about patients’ health care costs. We accept all credit cards, cash, check, Venmo, as well as FSA and HSA.

If needed, we will provide a superbill for your use to file with your insurance policy so that you receive partial reimbursement. It is the patient’s responsibility to handle health insurance contact and requirements to receive potential reimbursement.
